fuck , transmission in truck has a delay in morning when shifting into Drive , about 6 sec. Transmission guy said check fluid in morning when cold , and if its high then fluid is leaking from the valve body and has to pump back in to get going. He can get it in next wed but 275. to 325. repair price , which I dont have
He said they can go along time that way , so Ill chance it ,Fuck

My Dodge, if it sits a long time, has always done that, and if parked uphill,it's worse.
I put it in neutral, once it starts, to circulate the fluid, maybe try that. too.

went to a Ford forum and they also said run it in neutral for a bit and they also said it should be ok

Doesn't quite Fuckin' make sense that your Ins was canceled 2 days before you got laid off....

With your truck, we had the same fucking problem with our motor home (ford 390, auto trans) Where we parked it it sat down hill and leaked to the front of the trans and the pick up is in the back apparently. So we had to do the same thing and let it idle in neutral then it would work just fine. Drive all the way to the burn and back with no problems after fluid got moving around. Now if your truck is driven every day you might have a harder time with it, as your mechanic said check the fluid when its cold.

My van has been fucking doing this on & off since 2005. Warming it up helps, but sometimes it gets stuck in neutral when it's hot. Happened when I first drove it west, and had the tranny checked & guy said it was fine. So I don't worry.

I'm not flicking panicking either, but I am a prize procrastinator. I'll be panicking Tuesday night.

[RANT] Nothing fucking serious just fucking irritating. Received a new laptop today. Setup was fairly simple except it doesn't stay connected to my WiFi router. I have two smartphones, a TV, a desktop and another laptop that have no problem connecting so I'd venture to say it is not the router. The fucking irritating part is that every so called "fix" involves connecting to the internet to download something. How the fuck am I supposed to download something when my problem is that I can't connect to the internet to begin with! Fuck Fuck Fuck [/RANT]

fuck geo... your wireless radio may need to be re-installed. If device manager hasn't changed in widoze 8,... find the wireless adapter, right click on it and click uninstall. then click on fucking Actions in the menu bar and select scan for hardware changes. widoze should then find it a and re-install it. Not a fucking guaranteed fix, but it is easy to do and works often enough to be worth trying.

Some Fucking Laptops are dumb and search for Better Wifi signal every time they come out of sleep and will drop the Connection as it is searching. See if you can find the fucking off switch for auto searching better wifi signal. If you cant find that Fucking option click the auto connect option on your home router link page, that way the fucking thing will re-connect every time it disconnects.

How long does it stay fucking connected? 2 minutes, or till you set it down and walk away?

Fuck. I want to say something that's been on my mind for a few days. I went to visit a friend in Coeur d'Alene who was in town visiting. After a great visit, I walked to my car. It was in a well lit area. I had my car keys in my hands to open my car door, and some guy (asshole, motherfucker, cocksucker, feel free to add what you will) came up from behind me and assaulted me. He put an arm around my neck and tipped me back into him and he proceeded to grab my right breast fairly hard. I screamed so loud I was hoarse the next day, I stomped on the arch of his foot and I was able to grab on to his hair and pull the fuck out of it. It seemed like forever when people came to help me but it was a matter of seconds really. The coward ran off and was chased but not caught. I was so pissed off I wanted to chase him down myself. I cursed him as loud as I could. the police arrived shortly after he took off. I had a few of his hairs in my hand, brown. They took my info and asked if I wanted to go to the hospital, I said no. I hugged and thanked each and everyone who came to help me. they were men and women, boys and girls, 15 to 72 years of age.

I sat in my car for a while, and the adrenaline wore off. I don't blame myself, I did nothing to cause this. But even now, I'm still pissed that this prick, butt-licker, son of a bitch put his fucking slimey hands on me. I have to look at the bruises on my breast everyday. They're not big bruises but it still a reminder, but they're beginning to fade a bit.

Please people, be aware of your surroundings whether you're male or female. I was aware I looked all around, but didn't see him or hear him coming.
