Oysters are overrated. Last time I had them I bought a dozen. But only three of them worked.

Had to go up North today to do something in Berkeley. For folks that arrived in SF early for Decompression, it looks like you got an added treat! This is also Fleet Week in SF and the Canadian Snowbirds flying team put on quite an airshow over the bay. The Canadian Navy has three ships in town and if you go to the end of the pier where they are docked, you can take a tour.

So there is more going on in The City this weekend than just Decompression. Oh, and the weather today was nice and promises to be even better tomorrow!

I need something cool to drink just finished a great jam session here and it was smoking. I almost broadcast it but the drummer was not mic'ed.

How about a round of...

Sweet Asses

1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Brandy
1/2 oz. Rum

Combine in a shot glass and place in the freezer for 5 minutes. Once cool, ignite for a few seconds, blow it out and shoot. It draws all the alcohol to the top and leaves the cool good stuff on the bottom

That probably explains the abscence of the die hards.

Yeah. There's a lot going on this weekend in the SF area for burners. I'll probably go up there tomorrow during the day, probably bring my daughter with me. It'll be nice to get a chance to meet some folks I didn't get a chance to meet at BRC.
