I can't speak for Jono - but sometimes it is nice to have a familiar "home" to check back into when you are out seeking the new.

Stalking? Your kidding...there's no way I'd do that. I was sitting at home with bronchitus and no voice last week and was bored off my ass. E-playa kept me from going insane. And now that I'm back at work and am bored here, e-playa steps in again to preserve my sanity.

And as for my posting style, I have a problem and I'll admit it. I crunched a 97 Honda Civic into a tree at high speed. It fucked me up. I have fought my way back even though the doctors wrote me off. My recovery continues every day...posting here on e-playa and the support I get here helps me a bunch. The accident left me weak on certain English skills and my math skills are even worse. I have a very valid excuse for some of my fuckups. You did bring some things up that I will work on and others have too. I appreciate that and I promise everyone that I will try and fix a few things.

All I ask of everybody is before you pass judgement, make sure you know at least a little bit about the situation. And Lord knows I've splashed it all over this place. The one thing that will stop is the nasty, vicious private e-mails. I won't name names, but that BS stops and now. I actually asked the admins to delete my acct at one point earlier today as it got so bad. But I'm not going to do that. I've actually asked for moderator rights instead. I doubt I get it, but I'm not going away. Get used to me. Or keep asking for plonk rights. I am at home here, plus ActionGrl is going to be interviewing me sometime soon for a regional coordinator position. I am definitely not going away.

(Sheesh, you give someone a TAN outfit and they get an opinion on everything!)

Yeah there was another post. I was pissed, I just got through unjamming 10 MB of hotmail crap from a certain e-playan who wanted to make life difficult for me. (No it wasn't Badger, and I'm not naming names yet). Once I calmed down, I pulled the post and now you get a civilized version.

But if you read that original you know some of the crap I am dealing with. Guilty as charged and caught red handed. It's one thing to get constructive feedback, Lord knows I need that. But the viciousness of these e-mails and other actions was too much.

Please re-read the post. I'm not (nor do I mean) to suggest that you are in fact stalking me or or anyone else. That's a tough accusation for anyone to make and certainly one to have leveled against you. Perhaps I could have worded it less ambiguously. Apologies to you if that's what you believe my intent was. What I was trying to point out is that oft times your replies (and I'll use only myself as an example - though others might concur) come about almost immediately on the heels of anything I've posted in the past. Not always of course but enough to be unnerving - especially when the post is just a text version of a head nod or a reiteration of what someone has already articulated (or elaborated on) rather than a position/refutation/concurrance/agreement/vehement objection. I think superfluous is the word I'm looking for here.

I don't think I'm hammering you for skills, proficiency or any other particular style you exhibit and I honestly don't believe any of what I've brought up so far has a damn thing to do with the misfortune(s) you mention above. It seems like you're using it as a crutch when a crutch isn't necessary and you've been around here enough to know that playing the victim card usually doesn't get much mileage around here - unless you're chumming for sharks.

Again, your situation has fuck all to do with any of the objections I've brought up. It's not about 'judging' anything. Badger, I am no longer a member of the e-playa as of this evening. I asked the admins to pull my account and that request was granted. I appreciated you taking the time to offer your feedback.

My tan comment was a swipe at Rangers in general, not you and I am not the first to razz Rangers about their advice on things. About the stalking type effect, my replies posted so fast due to the fact I can leave e-playa up on a split screen and I'm sitting on one of the fattest broadband pipes in North America. I didn't mean to freak you out with it or anyone else. And on top of that I didn't use the right format on my posts. How was I to know I was screwing up? Until you told me I didn't realize it. As for playing a crutch card, I learned that lesson on the old e-playa and bringing it up was only to provide some background, nothing more. The last thing I ever need is sympathy, knowledge is much more important.

Anyway it's over and done. Not seeing the name "Kinetic" splashed all over the place will make some people happy around here and so in the spirit of BM I offer everyone one last gift. My swift departure. Goodbye and best of luck to you.

Yeah, I know, ironic ain't it. But Lydia hit it on the head -- it's kinda like going on a long trip to come back and your room's been rearranged and repainted in cutesy colours. It's fitting though, as I don't have the time or access I used to, so with the change I can't get all wistful for not having the time to keep up my eplaya-ing.
