My apartment Japan was one room, binjo and kitchen down the hall..

once a week all the walls and floor mat come out and down for a good cleaning..

Which played hell with my hangover.. I was mostly to drunk to notice any shakers.

You just understand Everything !

is anyone going to the Edwardian Ball ?
I am attempting to prioritize and so I am not going this year..

Instead friends playing music and preparing for next week's Capricorn do.
no costumes because I lost them all or something got carried away

That method really takes the sting out of cheap coffee.

Get rid of all that before May, yes! We are going to have the best trip ever!

Saturday night in watching movies. The lords of Salem and this is the end.
Did some house work and now curled up with the dog, he keeps farting. Damn asshole.

No drinks for me unless it is water. Working on losing weight. 14.4 pounds down. Yep pretty happy.
maladroit- Burning Man is like a second job, except you pay to work there.

Old sailors don't mind old coffee. Anything is better than three day old midwatch mud.

TTG, congrats on the weight loss. I'm in fat limbo myself.

Hi Piney and Boxy!

Ellorrum - I went through my spice cabinet last weekend and threw away over 100 bottles and cans of old spices. Some even had labels in my Grandmother's handwriting, and she's been gone for at least 20 years!

Yiggy - if Sasquatch shows up, I'm pretty sure you and War Rabbit can take him.

Last night went to a car club party at a very elegant and upscale home - ended up with a seriously addlepated geriatric asshole doing her best to start a big fight with me. I know I took the high road but there is sure a part of me that regrets not punching her. Don't these people know not to fuck with a burner?

Edited to add Happy Birthday AntiM!!!!!

It all depends upon what version of Peyton Manning you get on that particular day. Peyton is aging. I don't seem to remember any of his other collegiate contemporaries lasting as long as he has. Vinnie Testaverde is long gone from the NFL, and Ryan Leaf, who won the Heisman that year (Peyton didn't, and thankfully didn't get hurt with the Heisman curse) didn't even last two seasons in the big leagues. If Peyton is hot, Seattle can bury their heads between their legs, and kiss their behinds goodbye. If Peyton isn't hot, then Seattle has a chance.

Denver is only favored by two... Seattle's defense this year is amazing... we do have a legendary reputation of kicking ass and taking names then choking at the end though.
There's a lot of horn honking, fireworks shooting, and general partying going on up here but at this point I won't bet money either way.

Thanks for the B-day wishes everyone. We had a nice lunch and some light shopping.

Never mind the old spices, I probably would like the old spice jars! The old metal tins are becoming collector items. Sell them to hipsters and Pinterest moms.

Thanks BVB!

No. AntiM, I am the same. Not into those TV sports at all, don't seem to have 3-4 hours to sit in one place. Whenever I am around a bunch of people that are arguing/discussing football, I like to interject with a "recap" of the most recent Family Guy episode. More relevant in my life.....

dang, got home at 2 am from picking LooneyTune up from the airport, and, couldn't sleep........then couldn't sleep in.
well, maybe a nap today!

Oh, and drove right in to the Hof. dang! no snow to speak of, the spring is not even running. On the plus side my chimney is still standing. It was weird to be standing there in Jan. looking at the half empty lake, in a tshirt, no less. It looks like my "mouse barrier" worked, so yay that.

Well yeah but I'm in Seattle... I suppose it matters a lot here and not at all anywhere else except Denver.
