Allright time for something special.

Heat of the Heart

2 1/2 oz. Finlandia Vodka
1 oz. Creme de Cassis
1 oz. Dry Vermouth
Dash of Cointreau

Shake with ice and strain into a highball glass. Float Cointreau. Garnish with an orange peel and blackberries

I'm with you Spinner. The last thing this bar needs is paperwork. I can see it now. "Do you have a drinking permit? No? Okay, no problem. Fill out these forms (thump!) in triplicate. Take half of them down to center camp and get them stamped at the post office with the green then take them to Camp Tokyo for the blue stamp then bring them back here. Then take the other half over to Camp Berlin for the orange stamp and then back to center camp and leave them at the post office. Fill out a citizenship application while at the post office, get it stamped at Tokyo and bring all remaining paperwork back here. Done? Okay, good, toss all that paper into the burn barrel, here are some marshmallows. Enjoy"
