I like working with wire and beads. I had an idea that I don't think I can finish until summer. It was a little tree, 12 in high maybe taller, that would hold votive candle holders. The tree would be made of twisted grape vine and wire. Then I would take some small wire that I beaded up and twisted together, so that it kind of looks like a metal and glass vine, and intertwine into the "tree".

I'd like to work larger than jewelry, I'm thinking about hanging things,.. I used to get into making containers kind of reliquaries for the objects people collect, sort of a growed up version of the show box under a kids bed with rocks feathers and the little bits of magic people pick up in their lives..... I think that might not be a bad way to go,.

I've also gotten into making hanging things. But smaller like window ornaments, with wire and beads.

Hmmm, I've also seen some cool hanging things that have collections of things. Like there was this kind of mobile that had spoons that were shaped into fish hanging off it.

I was thinking of making a new topic about project ideas. Maybe called "The Muse's idea jar" so that people could post ideas for projects they don't want or of projects they are working on. A creative idea sharing thread. Inspired by the conversation that Z and I had earlier. We've all had our creative dry spells. Do you think anyone would be interested in something like that? I ask because I don't want to add to the clutter on the Eplaya. I've gone back over 15 pages on general discussion and don't see anything like it.

You know what sweetie... I think it is a great idea... but you never know what is going to fly around here. I mean some of the stuff that works, well, ya know!!!

I say go for it.

I was actually having a conversation with Bucket this morning about the muse and inspiration and a lot of people threw in their ideas too... and then heli added his inspiration and how it was usually enhanced by his... well....

anyway... =) So it might fly! Right now everyone is inspired or trying to be for projects for the burn... might be cool.

close, I'll be twenty three in may. What gave you that age? And you're not digging a hole, I just wonder what kinds judgements people make when talking to people of different ages. Does age change the way you interact with people? I like the psycology and sociology of the subject. What are your opinions of this topic?
