Cheers to Noah-- Someone who looks like me--

Post by TopangaPatrick » Thu Sep 07, 2006 4:56 pm

While partying with friends on the Purple Porn Palace, this girl approached me and said I resembed her bf who recently passed away... she gave me a BM charm gift, and walked away to her friends... I looked their way, and noticed them kinda staring at me... curious, I approached the group, and introduced myself...

Met his best friend, and two others who knew him...

It kinda weirded me out, they all lookin at me like a ghost, but when Noah's best bud produced a fatty, the timing was good... the "ghost" wanted to party!

We celebrated the dudes life... I said somethin stupid to Noah's ex, but was pretty whacked out... think they understood...

Just another instance of syncronicity I guess...

To Alexis Mazurin, who after a heart attack on temple burn night last year, later died in hospital. His friends said goodbye to him this year at the temple burn. It is amazing how many lives he touched and what a positive impact he had on everyone around him. He will be missed.

RIP and Sweet Dreams to the Croc Hunter. It was wierd how I was doing impressions of him I think the day before he passed. Anyways, my thoughts and prayers to his family and friends. Thanks for your caring of animals.

Goodnite Grammy. Sorry you had to leave so soon. Wish I could've been a better grandaughter and been there more. But you were so far away. Thank you for the many MANY fine memories. Thanks for letting me lay on your lap; subjecting you to my love of horror movies. I know you hated them. Thanks for the laughs. You always cracked me up. Thanks for bringing up a really cool daughter. Thanks for the dance. I know you, your husband, and Jenny, and dad are enjoying each others' company right now. I'm glad you were around to hear of my graduation and I'm glad I made you proud. I love you and I always will. Until then....

Negro Leagues Legend and one of the best damn people I have ever met in my entire life, Buck O' Neil passed away at the age of 94.

To say this is a loss is an understatement if there ever was one.

Adios, Crackers. I hope your last hours were comfortable.

(I found Crackers The Squirrel while doing yardwork yesterday- He was on his way out, and I made him a cozy spot in a flowerpot with some leaves, seeds and water. He expired sometime in the night.)
