{pokes her pillow-fuzzy head up from the NEB, blinks a couple of times, checks the time}

good gawd. A four hour nap (in reality camp). If I could get warm, I might feel somewhat human. I should go sit in that blasted sunshine that's been mocking me all day.

Yer bum crease, eh? Stretch, stretch, stretch those muscles.

Afternoon to ya both. I think I need to kick off the weekend a little early with a nice strong sugary alcohol.

It goes quietly. I need to ditch out on work but I would get busted pretty quickly.

Beer? Sure how about a frosty Newcastle?

[sigh]

Life is not a competition is it? It's not all me vs them, I'm better than that person, etc, etc (unless of course you are in sports or something and even then...). Isn't it you're doing your thing, I'm doing my thing, cool, it's all good, you do your thing as best as you can, I'll do likewise. If you're going to give me a hard time, I'll learn from that and do better or I'll just not spend my time with you... Isn't it?

Um. I guess I don't need the background on that. Have a drink on me.

My cure? I'm better then everyone, even if it's not true...

I have a friend of thirty some odd years who is always competing with me, and it sucks. I finally figured out that I would just ignore all that bullshit and take the friendship. It worked. I'm still better than he is at many things, but who gives a shit, because I fucking rawk! And because I rawk, I let him think that it actually meant something to beat me at... whatever.

It's a mind game I play with myself...

Wow, I've just read the most well thought out essay of psudo-science I've read in a looooong time. Seems Richard Hogland now has proof... PROOF!! that Saturn's moon Iapetus is...

wait for it...

wait for it...

...an artificial SPACESHIP!!!

It's a kinda fun read, at least to find the giant leaps in logic, half assed image interpretations, half-assed corralations, painfully forced geometric overlays and complete ignorance any data that might be contradict the (i shudder to even use the word) hypothesis.

http://www.enterprisemission.com/moon1.htm

I love psudo-science wackos, they make the world more colorful.

Pour me a belt of scotch... it's payday :)

Wow rodent. I'm not the conossieur you are, but I got to wonder about the italics on after in "Speaking of names: Cassini would go on to eventually discover the largest “gap” in Saturn’s splendid, bewilderingly complex rings, five years after discovering Iapteus … in 1676." That seems like hype over content. Why is the year important? Fishy confoosed.

There's a beer in Vietnam (33) that's like that... sometimes a bottle had alcohol in it, and sometimes a bottle had waaaaay too much alcohol in it.... and then you'd get 'floaters' in it........ Vietnamese version of Russian Roulette....

Ohhhh don't worry... I'm sure Hogland will find some "hyperdimentional corrilation" between the date and something-or-other... His "science", "research" and "investigations" are like that :)

Big surprise that he's a frequent guest on Art Bell...

Above it lies a remarkably geometric “waffle pattern” – more evidence that all on Iapetus is not quite “natural.”
Ah, it's the old sinister waffle pattern. So that's what the eatees are after--our waffles!

Hey wait, you're an eatee. And Buckethead too! What are you plotting! Where are you taking our waffles?

I saw "fornications" too. Hmmm.
