How ya doin...Im being a bum, my work called last night and called me off, were so dead these days(spring break) but its been dead for a couple weeks...so I suppose I will have to put nose to grindstone when I return and look for another job YET AGAIN...man this is getting real old real fast! whats with Reno and waiters?

Lemon Juice 1/4 oz.
Eggs 1 white
Whipped cream Top with

Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass and top with a puff of whipped cream.
