I got a nice, big copper mixing bowl from Mom and a pair of stargazing-power binocs from my brother.
I've used the bowl to make my birthday cake and foodies take note: the eggs didn't deflate. The mix filled my 10-cup bundt pan up past the top. My dream is someday to have an all-copper kitchen. I am one step closer to that!
The binocs rock. I took them out a week later on my birthday and saw ALL the background stars in the Pleiades, the Orion Nebula, all the meteor craters on the Moon and all the colours of Sirius.
Would love to bring them out to the Playa this year but we're going to take my horse on the regional circuit and the Nationals again. Maybe if I can hook up with an Oregonian group I'll come down for Fourth of Ju-PLAYA. Never had better stargazing anywhere than I did there.

I got a professional grade, 3 foot grabbing tool. Now I can dumpster dive without the 'dive'. (It's what I wanted.)
Those aren't buttermilk biscuits I'm lying on Savannah

A giant "Apocalypse" black bath bomb, and a sleeve of "bath marbles". And a blanket of snow which Larry got to clear for the neighbors' drives using his seldom fired up snow blower.

I got a new wallet from my bro. It's a good timing because my old one has started to fall apart. I was thinking of changing it one of these days anyway.
I started with these home golf simulators recently.
