Before this gets locked, I would like to say that I have always been a person who would offer a sandwich to a person who was in need or down and out. A kind word really goes a long way.
To the OP on this thread, I would like to offer that sandwich here.
Sometimes in our life, things get very overwhelming. When we are bombarded from all directions, things can start to spiral out of control. There are professionals that can help out with this mental exhaustion and will ease the feeling of pressure.
With no snarkiness intended, you may need to see about have some of the weight lifted from you.
May all works out for you and things in life become easy.
I hope you enjoy my virtual sandwich and best wishes with everything.
