Not sure this is an improvement over Jenny Holzer c.1984.

Cabanasprings,
I understand where you're coming from. Here's the deal: I have no interest in censorship, but do you think putting "And my nuts itch" is a sincere contribution to the spirit of the project?
It's designed to be a search for the Truth, not a free for all of random self-expression. I honestly believed that I could post it up here and people would see the value in it and contribute in meaningful ways.
My original intention was to not limit people in any way, which is why I don't require a login to post, but I never thought someone would just go a put something completely assinign on there.
What do you think I should do? I want this to be a collective project, but where do we draw the line? Do we let people post links to kiddie porn sites because they feel like it?
awaiting feedback...

Patience, I apologize for not seeing the sincerity of your post. You were the first person to post after I opened this topic, so I immediately thought "Great, I just ruined this entire project by posting it here." I took it personally, and allowed this personal response to cloud my perception of your post.
I've unblocked your IP and vow not to block IP's based on my personal judgment as to the sincerity of posted content. I will follow the same terms of use that the eplaya forum has, and only block illegal content and the like.
This is a learning process for me, and I thank you all for helping me grow and learn.
Everyone happy now?

good luck on your project and yes, there are plenty of people on 'this' board who stand always ready to piss on something like this......but we forgive them....don't we?
