Well, I was just at joanns and velcro was at $3.49 a yard. Compared to the $1.99 quoted from Harris.

I need it for my tent. I'm making panels for the inside to cover up the large amount of venting screen I have in there. I want to cut down on the amount of dust that gets in. And the way the tent is now would allow for a lot of dust if the wind blows.

One day my mom yelled at my sister and I for dumping dogfood in a kitchen drawer and not cleaning it out. We both looked at her like she was high and said "We didn't do it". Guess what? It was a mouse food cache!

No radios.....bummer. We'll have to work on that.

So you will need quite a lot of velcro then.
Are you planning on sewing it all onto the tent?

Sput was right!!!

Just got made dinner by my roomie - fresh artichokes, atuffed bell peppers. Wonderful!! Glass of fine vintage carrot juice, and I am stuffed (like a pepper!!)

I have to call it a night, tho... work early, and still too many irons in the fire!!

Until tomorrow, then??

Hugs,
BBS

Wow, look at the time! If I'm going to get anything done tomorrow I should probably hit the hay.

Good night, Z and Blue.

Good night M!

Oh, and I'll be glueing it onto the tent and sewing it onto the panels, which will be old sheets that I'm cutting up. I measured that I'd need 24.5 yards. But I might use less and not have the panels go all the way up the tent. We'll see.

RobbiDobbs wanders in with a backpack slung over her shoulder. She sits down on the Dusty Couch, and begins pulling things out. There is a small bag, some necklaces and stickers of Pooping Man. She's sticking one sticker on each necklace.

This is a good place to do BM work. I wonder if anyone will come in tonight.

She murmurs to herself.

RobbiDobbs hands her some stickers.

Sure! Hi Kooshie. Just sticker anyone who comes in.
I'm in the mood for something sticky. Is there any Kahlua? Is the milk still fresh in the cooler?

Dad-gum stickers won't stick to the glass enough to not become moop.
They'll just have to stay home. Too much of a moop risk.

RobbiDobbs helps herself to some Kahlua and sniffs the milk. It's just fine. She pours herself a pint glass, and sits back on the Dusty Couch.

Okay, I can do that. ;-)

Damn, my timing sucks tonight. Oh well, I should be in bed, anyway.

I wonder if I remember how to lock this place up - it's been ages since I was here regularly....

Me too. If I remember correctly ... close the hatch behind the bar to the basement ... get coffee ready for morning, all they have to do is switch it on, clean up the empties, dump the ashtrays, make sure the hottub is off, turn out the lights, and zip up the door. There, all set.

You'll be the first ones I think of, once I get the Snowman assembled. I'm trying to get there by Sunday morning, which ought to give me time to get my poop in a group and then mosey on by.

They should be nearly done by Sunday, but check it out anyway. They're supposed to be between the 9:00 plaza and the man.

Jeesh, can't anyone use a glass around here anymore?

Just stopped in for a quick drink. I'm trying to get stuff done. As you can see, I'm doing a lot at the moment.
