Well, here I am. But I can't talk long because I'm sitting at a coffee shop using a friends computer.

Well, I'm still adjusting to not being able to wear fun fur leggings at work (though I secretly put them on when I'm sitting at my desk). Also getting used to this concept of "money", also I'm trying to catch up on about 72 hours of sleep I missed last week. Overall I feel good.

Hey Karr,

How did that shade structure work out for you? Will you be attending any of the Decoms this year?? I heard Vegas is having one, but for some reason it appears to be in Arizona (weird huh?). My suggestion was to hold it in cabana poolside at Mandalay Bay, but they never listen to me.

Hi Chai,

It actually held remarkably well. I got there on Tuesday so I missed the wind from Monday but Thursday, it barely moved. I would look at it during some of the gusts and it wasn't moving.

Yeah, I'm planning on it.

Vegas is having a regional October 21-23, Roach Lake which is right by the CA/NV border. From what I read, it's new. They had one in May and now they are doing one in October. I had heard that previous to this, it was in AZ, which I do find weird.

He he. Mandalay Bay. I'm done with that place. Wouldn't go near it if they paid me.

I'm also looking into the AZ one...it will all depend on that nasty thing called work. *Sigh*
