Yes and it makes it really difficult to go to sleep at night.

TPBM keeps a secret supply of playa dust next to their bed so they can sniff it at night to feel at home.

tpbm is curious as to why there is so much menutia

Mostly I go all anti-social and wonder why people are so stupid.
TPBM agrees that that intellectual snobbery is not an attractive trait. And probably not useful either...

Yep.

And tpbm also wonders why the pontificating snobs don't realize no one cares or is in fact actually listening to them.

Not this evening. We had meat and potatoes last night. I am however, contemplating making butter-butt chicken for this evenings repast.

TPBM is trying to decide if they really want to know what butter-butt chicken is.

No, I'm mourning the loss of backpacking, not that I had backpacked in more than two decades before 07, but I just discovered that knife today and am having fun twisting it.
TPBM looked at Oregon Red's dinner plans and thought, "What's up, Butterchickenbutt?"

As I am gluten-free, I no longer eat pancakes.

(The recipe is as follows:
Butter-Butt Chicken

Ingredients:
I whole Chicken
I whole garlic
I stick of butter
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Clean chicken and remove giblets. Place in pan. Place 1 stick of butter in the cavity of the chicken. Separate garlic cloves. Crush but leave whole. Slide garlic cloves UNDER the chicken skin, all over the bird. Salt & Pepper to taste. Roast @ 375* for 60-75 minutes.

I like to put baby red or baby gold potatoes in the roasting pan as well. YUM!)

TPBM does not dig on fowl.

I always thought the appropriate preposition with "to dig" was "in".

I take just enough to remember a few moments & friends. I leave the "capturing the event" stuff to others, I'm a club photographer (among other things) in real life & I'm on vacation.

tpbm knows someone took a picture of them at the event yet they've never seen it

Who develops film anymore?

TPBM has an uncommon allergy.
When he lights his streetlamp, it is as if he brought one more star to life, or one flower.
When he puts out his lamp, he sends the flower, or the star, to sleep.
That is a beautiful occupation.
