Dinner was actually quite tasty, though it took forever to get the juices from 3 lbs. of mushrooms to reduce. Mmmmmmmmmmmmm. Mushrooms.

Paired with an amazing 2007 Domaine Zind Humbrecht Pinot d'Alsace it was a fantastic & romantic dinner with the Hubby.
