Its the bar I have this Idea so we hav a back bar and a back room to store stuff. Oh and the Damiana is about $22 here I have some in my bar at home.

I was meal planning for me and my wife. what Kind of food works well on the playa? What worked or didn't work for you for food.

I don’t know what you have in mind but it sounds like a trailer or the bake or side of a van might be a good idea, room for display , storage of coolers and stock and can be secured so it all doesn’t walk off on it’s own.
