hey now...........done right, it's just a little "puff" and the beads are seated.
and, not split rim wheels. valve stem valve out.
and on a cool day, it doesn't even work that great.
and wow, did the "upgrades" to my truck help!
I have a test hill, I use, to check if things are running right.
in my Dodge, I hit the mark at 60 mph, and know it's running ok if it's doing 65 at the top mark, and have almost hit 70 on "good days".
I hit that mark yesterday (testing the balance and ride of the newly installed tires) in my Ford with upgrades, and long before hitting the mark at the top, I let off the throttle because I was over 90 mph and still climbing! yikes!
and, that's with the "chip" set at the (+50 h.p.) setting. it also has 75, 100 and 140 (140 seems undoable, but, that's what they say).
no excess black smoke at the + 50 setting, either.
Gonna do a fuel mileage check to the airport in Sac and back, this morning.
*notes AECM is on, fills coffee bin, adds spring water to tank*
