Sorry I had to take a quick work break, but I'm back.

Yep, I the water is VERY cold this time of year - we all bring our wetsuits. The guy we raft with has been a river guide for 30+ years and worked for one of the tour companies for many years. Both of his kids are now qualified guides as well. He's also a burner and camps with us every year.

I'll PM Mozy and see if he wants to have dinner with us at camp.

Heli - you too. We usually do the South Fork - the lower one day, upper the next and camp in the middle at Lotus. (Great for put - in and take out.)

Did it for a long time, some years winter and summer.. like the Colorado in in summer then down to Zambia for the winter. I was one of the lucky ones who didn't get sick down there. A lot of those were one season each. A more free lifestyle for sure. Kinda regimented now. Shit. Now I wanna be down on the Rio Grande, floating through Santa Elena canyon, suckin on a cold Lone Star.
