Who knows. Could be either I guess, but there isn't any pattern I can find, and they're normally fairly rare for me, maybe once a year. But I've just had 3 in the past month.

Oh well. It really isn't too bad.

Not a classic migraine either. I just get the visual distortions and then I feel blah for a couple of days.

Do you have allergies in the spring <sinus, draining, etc>? If so, try eating a RED Apple once a day, and pop a benadryl<Only when it's bad>...... Worked for the Ex.....?!?!?!?!

Sasebo Japan was interesting....We could buy likker at the exchange/EM club for about 8 - 10% of what local bars PAID. Most guys picked out a couple bars they liked, then bought a couple bottles of what they drank and gifted em to the bar....basically one was yours, and one was bar stock. So bars had numerous bottles of the same stuff, Joe's bottle, Bob's bottle, Bill's bottle,, and the bar's bottles. That way drinks were dirt cheap at the bars, like for the cost of mixer or less
