But seriously, I think those are baby-owl feet. I thought they looked catlike at first, and I was all "Photoshop! I can tell by the pixels cat feet!" But on closer look, I'm pretty sure those are talons.

Owl talons are... fuzzy. And paw-like. It's weird.

I took a lot of photos today of where birds had just been.

Right after I took this shot, this bunny walked straight towards me and basically right up to my feet -- just a few inches away. I was all flustered and couldn't get my hands and the camera organized to work together before it hopped off, though. This photo was taken from maybe 6 or 8 feet away.
