• Reduce calorie intake and alter macronutrient ratio accordingly to lose some weight.
• Then after losing 15lbs or so, add in the Hundred Pushups program. Progress to the second day of week 2.
• Then have a look at the Couch to 5k program, decide to add that in too, and run 1 1/2 miles in the dark randomly before bed to see where you're at. Trash quads. Body goes nuts. Leave work early the next day due to inexplicable anger and inability to focus. Go home. Fall into bed and crash for two hours, before the sun is even down. Wake up. Chow down on can of delicious delicious beans.

Over years of partying on Playa, I've found the best way to keep from getting sick, is HIGH quantities of speed. The Speed kills all the germs but even if you do get sick it doesn't matter cause you don't know your sick. Lots of Speed also makes you experience and be awake for more time on Playa. Just make sure you don't run out until you get home from BRC.

Whenever you see a neighbor's house with work getting done, so it has a porta-pottie in the yard, go and use it, so that you wont be "shit shy" when you get to the playa. This ensures that you are "regular" all week.
