Sounds like you would need a fair level of co-ordination (+ rhythm) to pull that off! Been doing it long?

Just over a year now, but it really isn't that hard to get started with the basics :) If you wanna see videos, check out my hooping site at www.christahoops.com ... Videos on the Images page, and the history page has links to an Aussie group of hoopers.. I know NOTHING about geography down there, so I dunno where they are relative to where you are, so I won't say "you should check them out!" :)

Had a lovely trip to Sydney in 2002, is the only city I'd consider living in, other than Vancouver, that I've experienced so far.. but wish I'd had the time and money to stay more than two weeks, and actually see more of the country. Ah well.

Might see you in the morning (er, when you're leaving work I guess...).. Been a long day for me, got great things to make my costume with, but took quite a while, so I'm off to bed. Have a lovey day!

Sigh! Just when I though I would have a little time to chat they decide to have an outage in texas. Got swamped with calls.

Oh well.

(wipes down bar, puts empties in recycle bins, lines up bottles and puts out a bowl of bourbon for LeChat with some sardines on the side. Another bowl of Bourbon for BC woth some grubs and snails on the side)

good morning all. Went out yesterday for early setup at the Gemini party. Putting the Espresso stand in the corner of a semi-finished barn, with wood stove, stonework,,,funky furniture. GP is at a 80 acre non working farm, just does events. Tents all over in the woods, Bar in another barn, stage,music..I think a celebration of the twins or a good excuse for a 3 day party

You're right. Pets don't get lice. And, FYI (I've been there, done that!) you can order a non-toxic lice shampoo from the UK. I'm still trying to find the website for you. AND, lice hate vinegar and it will loosen the "glue" that hold the nits to the hair.
