I'm on crutches now. It became worst the next day. Doc said about 6 weeks to heal. I never do what the doc wants so I say 2 weeks....

Hmm...Mozy, what you did to your knee sounds like what I must have done to my ankle. Week two and it's not perfect, but not too bad. I'm sure you'll be on the same track as long as you keep it in that brace for a while.

It's the time of year to be careful in what we attempt to do, remember that we are not all as young as we were last year. Injuries can and do happen.. I am limiting some of my run, jump, fly through the air stupid activities so I won't wreck my previously wrecked knee and be limited in activities at BM.
