E-drinks are always sugar free. (Props for your secondary choice, as well - I'm rather fond of vanilla vodka and DC, myself.)

My hands are getting better every day. I am doing really well. They are healing so fast, you'd think you could watch it if I didn't have anything covering it.

I'd say.. faster than your lawn grows, but slower than the second hand on your wristwatch...

some speed in there somewhere...

But.. MOST IMPORTANTLY... I am ***feeling*** much better!
I know I owe a lot of thanks to my BRC friends & family sending me all the good and healing energy!

well it is a happy hippo hump day.
it is 6 in the morning here and i am back at the office.
it might be a bit ealry for the espresso machine to be turned on.
