What's up kernul? I am sneaking in here while at work. I am glad you like the CD. I think it is one of the best mixes that I have done. Specialy since I could not access my vinyl to do it.

If I remember correctly DHMO was what we used to use on muscle spasms...then once I heard someone used it to absorb lsd faster through the skin? hmm...funny how many things the sciencetist keep finding out are HIGHLY dangerous that we've all grown up using!

The stuff was a solvent called DMSO - was supposed to be the wonder miracle cure of the late 20th century, you can still get it, and people still use it... unfortunately, like the wonder miracle cures of the late 19th century, it was pretty nasty stuff, especially if mis-used.

Case in point - the wonder alkaloid derivitives from AG Bayer in the late 1800's, major breakthroughs... amazing stuff, one a cure for respiratory and blood disorders (and headaches, too!), the other a pain reliever, and a pretty remarkable cure from the devastating addictions to Laudinum that were prevalent...

Aspir-in and Hero-in.

(One of the original posters announcing these breaktroughs was on eBay a few years back - wish I'd snagged it now!)

Makes ya think when the doc says "take 2 and call me in the morning"...
