(CLARK slips his new wireless AirCard into his pack and grabs a stool) Snap...back on-line at my house...chances are I might be having more drinks in here than usual...
Tickets go on sale very soon, but will probably wait a month or two to collab with the rest of camp, but DEFINITLY a good idea not to wait to long as they won't be accepting American Express (wether you left home without it or not!) where we're going...or checks, or cash or sexual favors (well...). Nope- just prepaid tickets & daydreams. 2007 d i s i n t e g r a t e d even the intensity I felt my first year out... I've got a hankering that 08' will do quite the same (if not reach that mythical "110%"). Will be chatting more in the pub. Good to be back on. Love life

<starts to pour himself a shot, shrugs, grabs the whole bottle>
Ahhhhh.... So, Red & I are doing our good samaritan deed for the day/week/month. Our oldest daughter asked if two of her friends could stay over because they did not have a place to stay tonight. Plus the girls best friend is already staying over this evening, so we have five (5!) teenagers at our house....

I don't care what the borg says: feather-wearers will NOT be served in Rosie's Bar.
When I ask how many burns, I mean at BRC.

wow...how i do that, with the bar I thought it was virtually IMPOSSIBLE to double post anymore?
Oh well, there wasnt enough glasses on the first tray anyways....
Yes, crosss all available fingers that we get our performers tickets this year...other wise we will be buying 600.00 ebay tickets at the last minute!
After spending 1250.00 on tickets last year, gifts etc...
we are sitting back to HOPE we get our CB tix, FEAR things might go wrong, but know the FUTURE hold good stuff!

its one of those Catch 22 situations...and we broke in Jan!
If you sign up for Performers tickets .. you are not allowed to purchase regular tickets...I still dont understand this, but it was almost very bad last year as we had bought tickets, to gift to our kids.
They said because we had purchased tickets that we wernt going to get the performers tickets...got kinda dicey as we had already given the reg. tickets to the kids....
I still dont understand that?
But now this year, they are saying that the Fire conclaves need to be prepared to have to purchase tix as not all the conclaves will get into the circle?
So how the heck do you do that...?
Doesnt matter at the moment neither here nor there, as we cant buy tickets till next month at the earliest...if even then, more like march?

OregonRed & I are in the fire performer boat as well. One of our fellow Oregon Fire Conclave buddies last year had bought his ticket because he was told you could not get a performer ticket your first year, then was told he could have bought a ticket, then told he could by a performer ticket.... Headaches!
I can deal with regular price if we have to, but am crossing my fingers & relying on the fact that OFC has been part of the burn for 6+ years...
