We've got one of those Home Depot's nearby (one of the 15 in the U.S.) that's closing. I asked with a genuine sniffle last time I went in, "I am going to miss you guys. What's to do, on a Friday night without you?!"

and the guy said,

"YOU?! What am I suppose to do on a Friday night if I AM NOT HERE?!"

The only good thing about it is the 20-30% off, while it's selling everything in stock.

Well...not to clutter this place up but I'll pop in here and make a quick...but very special announcement:

Earlier today I proposed to my fiancee Chasity.....and she accepted!

Some of you met Chasity on the playa this past year when I brought her to BRC with me....and hopefully next year...or maybe even this year if finances improve we may be getting married on the playa. At least that's what we really want to do. Pinemom's wedding inspired us...so it looks like we'll have a traditional service and something on the playa too!

In any event I just had to share this...if I had real bottles of Patron I'd pour shots for all...but a virtual bottle will have to do...at least for now!

I must say publicly.... Bin thank you so much for the gift of a bottle from 1949 of Old Grand Dad Whisky. It is now the most prized bottle in my unopened bar collection.
