In the mountains she moves with the grace of a spirit.....her bright eyes contrasting with the falling snow.....her curves in the shadows excite me......that first gasp lets me know she is mine.....finally she exhales her passion spilling words accross a blank canvass painting vivid images of color through my mind........We move together feeling our hearts beating in unison......her hands, her face, her smile, and most of all her voice barely keep me grounded in this world to feel these passions......I feel her crush......

I crush Sam and Geekie, for their well-thought and well-put points of view. They are the types of people that I have no problem disagreeing with (not that I do all that much), because, instead of having a "are-to" vs "are-not" argument, they clearly state their side, while providing cites to back it up.

Thanks for knowing how to have a dialogue. That knowledge is too scarce these days, it seems...

Do you really think that the majority of the country is now on your side. That there are legions of Calicowboy925 supporters out there just waiting for orders from their master. Get a clue, you are as insignificant as everyone else. Just because the guy that you wanted to win did win, doesn't mean that you won. It doesn't mean that the majority of the country likes you now, it shouldn't give you a giant ego. You had no victory here. None, nada, zilch. Bush won. He got more people to vote for him than Kerry. That's it. I highly doubt that he gives two shits about the issues that you hold so dear. Issues are just a way to get votes, that's it.

Thanks Rian, it just bugged me that I'm the guy who created the caption contest threads. It's like being at a party and nobody remembering that you were there. :-) Not to take away from Rob, he has a knack for coming up with the best captions!

While I'm here I'll crush Stuart too for being sharp as a tack (in a hetero guy-guy kinda way.. yeah, high five! :-P )

Q...On one hand I completely agree with you, ALL politicians will say whatever it takes to win. On the other I so disagreed with Kerry's methods that I am just glad he and his shrew of a wife are not in the White House. Couple that with Edwards and his zero experience, missing nearly every vote of his FIRST term...The thought of him being a heartbeat away from the Presidency was scary. His moronic backwoods drawl and the fact that both Kerry and Edwards are lawyers, just makes me dislike them more. The Democrats ship is sinking, they appeal to the young, minorities and women which are the least likely groups to get out and vote. Their voter base is further concentrated in urban areas and they ignore or at least do not appeal to the more rural areas of the country. Sure the GOP went after the anti-gay, bible thumpers and other groups that I do not necessarily agree with but they did turn out to vote. I happen to like Bush's moral values and obviously so do other country boys...and just like Hank Jr. said, "A country boy will survive". The city boys and their "everything goes" attitude doesn't fly with us....
