It's my last night in my own bed for a couple of weeks! We start the journey to the playa tomorrow!! We'll be there Friday hopefully by noon! I sure hope some of my friends stop in to say hi! I am truly looking forward to this year! We have probably our most enthusiastic group of Destiny Lounge Lizards yet, and 2009 is gonna rock!!!

Hey Peeps.... Anyone still in the default world??

Just got home from a LONG 16 hour day..... Had the choice to make a long day and sleep in a hotel or work the longer day and sleep in my bed for 2 night before I head out... The hottub was nice also..

Now wheres the ice water........

I measured my truck today, with the barbarian gear on the lumber rack, it's 11'8" tall......IIRC 12' is legal height......yay..........

The way this bar has closed out, it must be getting close to...

Now let me think, I came in one cold night back in December and wandered back into that nice dark corner. Let me see.....

Peeks out window being careful to not get too much light....

Spots newspaper in box and checks date.....

Yea, there is nothing that clears out this bar like the burn. Have fun all. Wanders back to dark corner and fades away....

I'm waiting for baby RJ. Haven't seen his gorgeous face and smile in 8 days. I am so happy for all of y'all that are headed to the playa. Maybe I'll write a kid's playa storybook this week and read it to baby RJ. Yeah... Then I won't miss the playa so much.
