I like the mobile response vehicle too like for the M and G so we would have a Firehouse and be able to go put out specific fires so to speak..

There were art cars(Called Sue?) in the AEZ last year so we could probably even arrange to have it towed to the Fire!

So, this is one of the things I can do for the EBar- I co-own a small convenience store in Oregon, and can get beer at wholesale. PBR $12 a full case, anytime, etc. I can't get hard liquor cuz of Oregon's liquor laws.
I can also help out with construction, just don't put me in charge of anyone or anything. Say build this, I do it. Say clean that, it's done.
I'm actually doing less with my main camp this year cuz I've worked WAAAYY too hard the last two. I could possibly pitch in on structure, as well.

Oh, this thread I made sure to read in entirety before posting.
Last year I was also involved in the BRC Rickshaw fleet, and that technology could be directly applied to a portable bar.
As far as what structure should be used, I'd want to go back to the very beginning of the original thread. What sort of structure did you imagine the first time you "walked in"?

Copy of email from the wonderful mayor of AEZ Roger!
Bob,

frontage (say 25' wide ) on the "c" street is fine. If you have more people, let me know soon so I can set the size bigger.
As long as they understand the qualifications:
1. NO gas or diesel or propane generators
2. 1 hour per person cleanup help of the AEZ village after your own campsite is cleaned.

Coleman lanterns are a possibility but lots of Solar people there including myself we just go to 12 volt lighting and I got a feeling if I announce the project on AEZ list we will have more power than God..Plus maybe the Solar death ray 2000 could set up for a BBQ

Yes anyone in the group can camp at the Bar camp we just need to decide who soon I am bringing my 20 year old daughter Shannon, If Fishy want to she's is welcome. You and friends and family are welcome, I think some others like Robbi said something about staying in camp so all involved in this thread would be welcome to stay we just need to know in the next few days like the Mayor said How many?

I might drop out for a few hours my son is stealing all the Bandwidth with his Xbox

I kinda like the idea of the quonset hut style setup. Gives it a front and back door, bar would run from one end to the other, candles on the bar all the way down. Could possibly get those for wholesale, too.
Just a thought.
