I think we should all just lie to people with false answers to these stupid questions. Then if some come back and accuse us of supplying false information, we can tell them that it was all part of the plan to have them look up the answers themselves from the official sources: purpose served. For everyone else: NO GREAT LOSS.

Except where their shit will blow and injure others, or others' property, or they'll end up being a load on medical, or on their neighbours trying to keep them safe, etc..

And while there's the people who bother posting, there are tons of others who never join let alone post. Try to head off their becoming a risk or PITA on playa.

There are other ways to help too...
