The Bar... Volume#2
thanks for the breakfast goathead. I can have coffee every day, but the enamel steel mug on the ground is the coffee I really miss.
today is trike build day. I'm a little leery of the brake mechanism on the axle, has some wierd drag as the axle is rotated in the drive direction. It's like a spring gets wound up (drag) and the is released (drive?) its just a brake, and shouldn't it be free spinning if it isn't being applied? fortunately the supplier has a fairly decently translated instruction set.
learned (looked up again?) a new word, thanks Marty. I like "frangible" makes me think of the muppets for some reason.

Maybe I had a dream or something, but wasn't somebody coming out against "goddess energy" at the burn because there wasn't enough male energy? Or was that on tribe?
I just want to say, much as I hate "goddess" bullshit, I don't think that there's a danger of female energy overcoming male energy at the burn.
Insofar as "female energy" and "male energy" exist.

Dang, I missed the spankings! Don't overdo LF, there is always tomorrow
Glad you had a good time, GH. Sounds like you needed it! Flying bowling balls ... WOW
Fishy, I feel androgenous (spelling?) energy on the Playa Not male, not female, but human and that is why it feels so damn good!
Peace to all, and good morning to Misa.

I'm with you, GH Coffee looks a bit scary, but how can the bacon be anything but good. Gonna shuffle over to the NEB and grab some ZZZZZZZZZ s before going out to bang some more tennis balls.
My son is coming up from Palo Alto (about a 60 mile drive each way) just to take his old man out for an early Father's Day lunch. What a son! I am a very lucky guy.
Have a good day, one and all

GH.
I sure hope your dad is feeling better.......dang.
Hi Marty, move over..........I get tired, driving so far.....seems, just sitting would be ok,but (t), it wears me out.
dang, in reading the thread over the last few days........I missed out on Pagan conversation and all that........
What a beautiful drive, though.
750 miles the first day, but, well worth it.
only 550 or so yesterday on the way home.
*pours coffee, heads for NEB*

Awh, thanks.......*jumps in and snuggles*
I'm just back from the cabin (Hof)...........so, I'm guessing the person, who shot the lock off, to break in sometime this winter, came back in the last week, and, left the shot lock sitting on the gate, along with a note, taped to the gate. I'm sort of guessing on the note part, but, there were two bands of tape around the gate, like it was holding something on, torn paper on the edge, and, red flagging to call attention to it. But, someone took the note.........dang, so, I don't know what it said.......
Pretty impressive hole in the lock, though......shattered it nicely so they could open it..........It was a cheap Forest Service lock, that, they wanted to put in my "chain" in case of fire..........I"m hoping, now, they don't shoot my expensive, hardened lock...........
And, I'm so curious about the note.........
I re-locked with my good lock, and put up 20 not tresspassing signs, with my phone number, in case they want to call me.

Morning YG, GH and Misa. Need the coffee this AM, Too much tennis. Pics are beautiful, GH. When I was there on Memorial Day, the surface looked like it was firming up very nicely. GH would have a far more educated opinion on that subject.
But for now, its back to the ever lovin' NEB for this guy.
Cheers
