Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) is the only Democratic presidential contender to beat President Trump in a head-to-head match-up, according to a new Emerson College poll released Wednesday.

It’s true that at one point calling yourself a “Democratic socialist” would be a bridge too far for many voters, including Democrats. But that was before people began to realize how unmoored the American capitalist system is from any sense of ethics or morality. The level of economic inequality and suffering from lack of affordable health care, crushing debt, and a discriminatory and racist for-profit incarceration system in one of the world’s wealthiest countries is astonishing. People are exhausted from working non-stop trying to just survive financially in a system that dangles the carrot of financial stability or wealth always slightly out of reach except for a favored few. Nothing about this is normal and that is fundamentally Bernie Sanders’ so-called “radical” argument.

"The Enlightenment sought to establish reason as the foundational pillar of civilized discourse. In this conception, logical argument matters, and the truth of a statement is tested by examination of values, assumptions, and facts, not by how many people believe it. Cyber-enabled information warfare threatens to replace these pillars of logic and truth with fantasy and rage."

But the Sanders victory still exploded a lot of myths. He was said to have a ceiling of 30% or so. Remarkably, against a much larger field of candidates Sanders is poised to come close to the same level of support as he did in 2016 in a one-on-one race against Hillary Clinton, to whom he lost 47%-53%. (He was at 46% with a quarter of precincts reporting as of this writing.) He was said to be unable to attract anyone outside his core base. But he held his own with moderate voters (22%) and won across every issue area except voters who cared most about foreign policy, who went with Biden.

He’s the best funded non-billionaire candidate. He has the best organization. He is winning the broadest coalition.

You, of all people, quoting the Bible... do you even get that verse? Cause I highly doubt it... your false idolatry of Sanders isn't much in the least in harmony with Master J.

With the economy booming...

Now's the time for Americans to elect a socialist Jew? Lmaoz!

You blue team kids... the most gullible group of wayward bigots...

At least this trainwreck of an attempt to dethrone Trump will be well documented here on the ePlaya.

#Trump2020AlreadyWon
Hahahahaha hahahahaha hahahahaha hahahahaha hahahahaha.

No way in hell Dump will win reelection. And I can't wait. Lots of States just waiting for him to no longer be the president. Let the lawsuits begin. Dump will be spending his retirement in prison.

Go Bernie!
Oh lort... you really think the Bern man is gonna win?

Did you think Trump was gonna get removed from Office too?

The Blue team and media's inability to remove Trump from Office is exactly why he's gonna get re-elected... the greatest powers against failed... like a slow motion train wreck.

It's already a done deal. Trump has already paid the rent on the White House.

That your hopes are up so high only goes to make sure everyone's gonna tune in to the debates... the blue babies will be all excited about getting their latest phony hero in Office... while Trump and his supporters laugh their money grubbing asses off at their scripted failure.

Trump was gonna be President since whenever he decided it was time... could have been President since the '80's... smarter to wait till his empire had sprawled globally so he can then come into executive power to make sure he's even filthier and richer than ever as he walks out King of his own little world.

PS - Barron Trump 2072!

“That poll of 954 Democratic primary voters solidifies Sanders' lead as the leading candidate. He has emerged as the front-runner after winning two of the first three primary contests. In addition to leading in the delegate count, the self-described democratic socialist has been surging in most recent polls.

In addition to electability in the general election, the Morning Consult also showed that Sanders overtook Biden with black voters nationally for the first time.“

List you forget, they asked that same question regarding Dump in the last election and look what happened.

Mark my words. Sanders is going to win BIG and we're going to keep the House and gain the Senate. And Moscow Mitch is going to lose reelection too.

Nan Goldin, Kara Walker, and Jim Jarmusch are among 665 artists endorsing the Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders in a new open letter.

The campaign is organized by Artists4Bernie, a group founded by artist Mohammed Salemy, together with curator-writer Jennifer Teets and the collective DIS.

A long list of luminaries has signed the letter including the musicians Sky Ferreira, Kelsey Lu, and M.I.A.; gallerist Margaret Clinton; designers Telfar Clemens, Mike Eckhaus, and Zoe Latta; and the artists Lawrence Abu Hamdan, Ed Atkins, Kader Attia, Kevin Beasley, Hannah Black, Ryan McGinley, Hito Steyerl, Wu Tsang, Amalia Ulman, Leilah Weinraub, and Anicka Yi, among many others.

“By endorsing Bernie Sanders we hope to reach out to our American colleagues, friends, and families, and express our enthusiasm in supporting, and voting for, the only candidate we believe can unseat Donald Trump,”

The movement Sanders has helped to build—a multiracial, multiethnic movement of working-class women and men, people of all ages, all faiths, gay, straight, and trans, veterans and pacifists, teachers, farmers, bus drivers, nurses, and postal workers coming together to demand justice and redeem the endlessly deferred promise of America—deserves our enthusiastic support. Most crucially at this point in the 2020 campaign, this movement and this candidate deserve our votes.

Big day tomorrow... Super Tuesday!

So what's gonna happen? Does the Bern Man extend his lead? Or does creepy Uncle Joe take the lead? What about Boomberg and Warren?

Ironic that that Republican President is an outsider... while the top Democratic candidates are a 78 year old career politician, a 77 year old career politician, a 70 year old woman career politician and your "outsider" is a 78 year old billionaire... just like the Trumpster.

A truly pathetic group of rivals for the Donald... hilarious that you blue cats think any of these goons has a chance at dethroning Trump... as much of a chance you had of winning with Hilldog in 2016, or impeaching him cause the Russians... oh wait, it was the Ukrainians that would get Trump removed from Office. When does your gullibility become embarrassing? When do you realise you gotta come up with someone new to beat these Republicrats? Obama won cause he was young and cool... the Berntard is old and tired... ain't no way Trump loses to a socialist career sellout like Bernie.

The time is now... to watch this slow motion trainwreck of an attempt to dethrone King Umpa Loompa.

Many young voters sat out Super Tuesday, contributing to Bernie Sanders' losses
Exit polls for five southern states that Biden won – Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia – found that young voters did not show up at the polls in the numbers they did in 2016.

So, the young voters are smart enough to realize they have no chance in beating Trump?

Or more older voters showed up realizing Sanders, a Jewish socialist, has no chance at winning in their neck of the woods?

And California is ripe for the rigging just like last time when many Cali kids thought Sanders should have gotten more delegates than Hilldog... so, the delegates that have voted are now conditioning the electorate into accepting a Biden nomination... so, when he gets more Cali delegates than expected like Hilldog did, they're won't be as much of a fuss and of course, a Biden nomination is just about the Dems literally conceding victory to Trump.

No matter how you slice the cake... Biden, Sanders, Lezzie, Buttplug, the Karate Kid... Trump is President in 2020... the Time is now for y'all to accept it.

It's all a scripted sh*t show... I just wish they'd make it more entertaining by letting Sanders debate Trump, would have been exciting... Biden speaks Trump's language, off-topic tangential ramblings... but that just means Trump's style won't seems so retarded and he cruises to victory again. Yawn.
