This is an announcement from Jungle Jim Gibson, owner of the Morris Burner Hotel.

Its the end of an era, the Morris Burner Hostel has been sold. Making the hotel Covid safe by adding bathrooms is just too much for me, and communal restrooms are simply not a safe option. The new owners are very much art focused so it will continue to be a very artsy spot.
That said, please come get your art and the things you donated over the years, its all going back to the community.
First week, starting now, is for those to get their specific items.
Next week, people who have paid memberships, contributed to building the place, or just have a strong connection. Whatever art remaining that has not been identified or removed the first week is going, and Soooo much other stuff, I mean everything!!! Art, tools, equipment, pots, pans, appliances, tons of crafting supplies, audio, lighting, - everything is going back!!!!!
Third week is open to anyone, it all has to go. The building needs to be emptied by Dec 15th.
The 4th week, its dumpsters...
This has been the most epic (and expensive) experience of my life. We have had so many great times, but it's time to move on to new adventures....
