BRC Naked Bike Ride & Pub Crawl

I heard something to the effect that there is not going to be a naked bike ride/pub crawl this year. Does anyone know whether or not this is true? If it is, a long-time tradition at Burning Man will have come to an end. What's next, no Critical Tits?

I heard it was on, but was changing the starting location. That is an unsubstantiated rumor, at this point.
I would like to treat my gas pedal as a binary operator and get the cooperation of everyone in front of me!
