Searching for BUSY

Anyone know who BUSY is? Really nice chap, met him by the mirror/bulbs/portal thing late after the Burn near 2 OClock. He had a small suitcase on the back of his bike.

Lemme know if he rings any bells, or if you can tell me what that art thing is called (as I think he helped build it).
