I need help with a Song I heard.....

I know this is way out there, but in 2004 @ Lotus, I heard this song many times. Last year I heard it once, but it remains in my mind almost daily. I need to find out who it is....
It goes something like this, and it is a woman singing......"I've got peace in my soul, I've got love that's making me whole....If you open up your heart and shine on me....."
Help! I can't get it out of my head.
Until then, I will have my jungle dance parties until the next Man.
