good books on bman

Post by tweetybird » Thu Jan 05, 2006 11:50 am

I would like to get input on books about bman. I am looking for ones that attempt to explain it (if that is possible) and not ones with 1,893 pictures.

I don't disagree about This is Burning Man. It's a must read history.
I think The Man Burns Tonight (fiction) conveys more of the feel of the event if that's what you're after.
There are threads of this type under Experiences at... and there's a thread called What are reading? which is general as well, and I think I saw another one somewhere else as well.

It would be a shame if I had to resort to self-deception to preserve my faith in objective reality.

Nothing yet--This is Burning Man is probably the closest we have to anything "definitive" at this time, and probably for the rest of the decade.
