Contrary to some people’s belief, sound camps have always been part of BRC since the beginning.
Don’t like them, you don’t like Burning Man.
Nonsense. You can dislike any portion of Burning Man you choose, doesn't mean you don't like the whole thing. Portos overflowing with shit have been part of the burn in a number of years too - must people like that too?

That said, while large scale sound camps are definitely not my thing, I'm not advocating eliminating them, even for a year. I'm crushing on the comedic brilliance of tying such a modest proposal to a theme drawn from a commercially successful series of music album releases.
Double nonsense. Overflowing portos aren’t something intentional.
I don’t like the corrosive dust either.
Sound camps have always been part of the art. Not an unavoidable hazard.
