Thanks, I kinda need the love right now. I've kinda retreated from everything at the moment, but am emerging like a phoenix from the fire.
Expect more from me over the next few months.
BTW, how many Rangers does it take to change a lightbulb....
none, that's DPW's job.

Kissing Crush
Was with a group of friends and we were walking to a Canadian party and I ducked into a potty to make more room 4 more drinking. I came out to find my friends nowhere to be seen(big surprize!) I stood in the middle of the street and was spinning to look down the roads to see them. no luck. What I did see was a woman with short cropped blonde hair. She was wearing a belly dancing outfit of pinks and blues. From twenty feet away our eyes met and she walked slowly towards me and her smile got bigger and bigger. She embraced me like we had been lovers 4 years though I know we had never met B4(on this plane) She pulled my head down and kissed me and then we were both grinning like fools. Well...I never made it to the Canadian party, but Spanky, thank you 4 such a night that was beyond belief.

J'Accuse! and its meaning
Emile Zola's "J'Accuse!" has been hailed as the greatest newspaper article of all time. The term "J'Accuse!" has been adopted by many people for many causes since January 13, 1898. But to provide you with the bedrock of what J'Accuse could mean, provided below are some reputable webpages that can shed light-technopatra wrote:oh yeah and props to Badger for using the phrase "Zola-esque'j'accuse'" in the first place.

My very own J'Accuse letter to an Eplaya Admin.
And finally, a note-

Zola's open letter J'ACCUSE-- "In making these accusations, I am fully aware that my action comes under Articles 30 and 31 of the law of 29 July 1881 on the press, which makes libel a punishable offense," Zola wrote challenging."
I guess Zola has his own TOS to deal with....

Renewing my Crush on Marshall Technopatra for her downright forthright (and quite amusing) post in the "How Would Treasure Island Work" thread on March 9. I tip my hat to you, ma'am.

Back at ya babe - the crush is mutual! I love your avatar; the eyes are the windows of the soul after all (and I see you in there).
Glad I could give you a chuckle too.
I hate to keep you and everyone else who's been following the story waiting so long (a whole week) for the next installment, but I absolutely have to study every night this week for my physics final on Friday afternoon. I'm actually at the UT-Chattanooga library now, taking a study break (already a half hour). Also, I've been screwing off on the eplaya at work so much lately, that if my bosses found out how much time I actually spend on here, they'd be really pissed. BTW, I have been totally blown away by the response to my kidnapping story. I plan to give you and everybody else more laughs ASAP by posting the next chapter by Friday afternoon or Saturday morning, depending upon how long it takes to compose.
...but it seemed like such a good idea at the time...

While driving home last night about 1:00 am, I was reviewing the day in my mind, thinking about work, school, Burningman, the eplaya, and my posts. Then a thought flashed into my mind, "Dude, I think that when I tried to pay technopatra a sincere compliment, I actually said something like 'your avatar has lovely eyes.' I hope that doesn't sound as lame to her as it sounds to me now." So, I hope it didn't/doesn't.
Man, e-flirting on the e-playa ain't e-z. It's much more fun in person too. In the meantime though, I'll keep on practicing my e-flirting skills.

What?! You mean I'm not the only one? How can this be? Oh...ok...wait a minute...I guess I do see how this could be - smart, pretty, coy expression in her avatar picture...ok, now I get it.III wrote:it wasn't as lame as what some people who have crushes on her do...
Nonetheless, I think I'm getting e-jealous.
