Little trailer to tow

I found a little vintage 13' trailer to pull to burning man. It is a "Perris Pacer" listed on ebay( haven't bid on it yet). The clearance is 8 inches. Would this clearance be ok to tow out there to the burning man site.

geting off the hwy unto the playa there is about a 30-40 foot strech thats rough.. just go real slow in that area and all will be fine..

remember to repack your wheel bearings every year..

if you have small wheels.. slow down.. those little suckers are realy flyiing compared to your ccar wheels.. blow a tire and you bend an axel..

so new tires every few years.. tires setting in storage rot out fast..
