Looks like madmatt and I started something,

I think this thread will carry on for quite a while yet.

I shan't post again as I know nothing about B. R. City.

A newbie must have some dreams
Must come up with a few wild schemes
Sure the playa will rend
Them to pieces my friend
When you a new asshole it reams.

(This poem is dedicated to my colostomy take down next week. I stand as a person who literally had a new asshole "gifted" to me, so I can write poetry about if I choose.)

Crypto,
I'm sure I speak for everyone here when I say

"HAPPY NEW ASSHOLE!" :D

barnz talks too much
a bit like hay mulch
he should think a bit more
before opening the barn door
aka a mouth, has he no cult(ure).

Birdman, you're really making a racket
Your poems suck, they don't rhyme - you just can't hack it
Clearly you have still yet to learn
That when a burner you burn
Better put on your flame-proof jacket.

The whole world is welcome here as you see
A first amendment playground full of glee
Sure, fights sometimes break out
And there are assholes and trolls, no doubt
But still there remains a kind balance of chi

So when unprovoked on eplayans you start haggin
And needlessly wining and naggin
We pounce on your sorry ass
And mow it like grass
And leave your pathetic verse bloody and saggin.

Barnzy's earned his chops on this board, it's clear
So I'd love to buy him a beer
And while you're a rude stranger
Who's looking for danger
You've no manners, nor brains, it'd appear.

So here's some advice my friend, though you're not
Rhymin talent is not what you got
It's high time you be leavin
Your verse leaves us heavin
And your poems stink just like butt rott.

madMatt's right Birdy, you're outta bounds,
Your critical verse has no grounds,
And in verbal sparring,
Your face he'd be scarring,
atleast, that's the way that it sounds.

As for Fishy, she's swum some hard times,
But they can't stop her smile, or her rhymes,
In tough times, she won't quit-
Doubles back on the shit,
Victorious from the pit she climbs!

To make light of a bad situation
is a trait of the vast Burner nation.
Many Trials and Travails
become dusty worn trails
to overcome with imagination.

So barnz says to fish, 'cause they're friends,
"Here's a cheer to your extra loose ends!"
And they both get to smile,
'cause they know all the while,
It's warm wishes, and kisses, he sends.

Bottom line, Birdman, here's my advice:
Apologize to them BOTH, and play nice.
Or, more correctly,
I'm asking directly.
And fair warning-I will not ask twice.

I do rhyme to a degree
as you lot can see
maybe I'm not a limerick writer
I write words a bit lighter
but to rhyming I have the key.

Don't run away I'll be back

I have to apologise to Fish and Barnz.

We can't let this thread disappear for life
maybe somebody's looking for a wife
I can supply anyone
just phone me, deals done
just don't approach me with a knife.

madmatt wrote:"What's the best playa beer," asked a hottie
"Do you prefer PBR or Tecate?"
The debate it still rages
Between burner fools and sages
But of course everyone knows it's Tecate.

Oh yes I did!

Just laughed out loud again, after reading this again.
[skipping the too-easy [: lol :], because I really mean I laughed out loud!]

Remind me, madmatt, to loan you
a can that is red, (just kidding you know you can have two)
We agree that it sure hits the spot -
(It's a "loan" til it hits the pisspot)
Just know that my camp calls it "TeKAHT"

There once was a lady in black
who ate enough to fill a sack
she was a playa babe
didn't give damn for Abe
and that is a fact.

They've let me out so now I'm back
don't any of you try to give me the sack
I promise to you all that I'll behave
not to hold a Playa rave
and cause havoc in my mac.

Maybe of the many you're one
Who believed Playa Limericks was done,
Well here's your chance
To make your words dance,
And join in the rhyme-making fun!

A call to the wise and the clever:
Add your wit to the limerick endeavour!
Something playa related
Will help keep us sated
And make 2008 the best ever!

After a long playa limerick sabbatical
I hoped to spew forth something radical
But as the dust drifts farther away
And memories of Black Rock fade into gray
Seems it grows harder to throw moves grammatical.

I am the infamous Birdman
who recently exited the can
I was held over a Playa brawl
later couldn't stand and had to crawl
if I could have, I would have ran.

I'll give all of you guys a stance
to throw mud pies while I'm in a trance
I know I have behaved badly
I've never visited BR City, sadly
can you guys try to give me another chance?

Burningman is not for the meek
50,000 and more at it's peek
oh what a pity
that black rock city
is only here for one week

There once was a man named ricochet
That poured drinks all of the night and day
When he put the bottle down
The crowd screamed “One more roundâ€
It is alot like sex,

I'm now back after a short while
after too many a night on the tile
the sheriff finally released me
after promising the ePlaya with a key
that I would never return within a mile.

Birdman, your lines, they do stink
you need some more time to think
your rhyme might be voluntary,
if you were in solitary
so get your ass back to the clink.

There once was a hungry Burner named Kinky.
Who picked playa boogers out of his nose with his pinky.
One day he pulled one out so big
it was the size of a giant fig!
So he ate it rather quickly.

There once was a limerick so lame
it invoked all the readers to flame.
So the writer they slandered,
said with sheep he philandered;
and the writer was never the same.

a treasury man, Henry Paulson
wants you to go shop in the mall, son
while he and his friends
stick it in your deep ends
all the while squeezing your balls in.
