Truth. Since '99 and still going strong. 8)

TPBM wants to ride an MV in the desert and hasn't figured out how to do so.

This is so true! I have been out to burning man 5 years and never got a night time mv ride.

TPBM owns their own art car.

Don't even have a drivers license, much less an art car to drive. Sadly.

tpbm has gotten to explore their favorite art car.

I've ridden on any art car I see when I'm wearing my See's candy uniform and have candy to hand out. It's not always a blessing. Sometimes you want to pee or go somewhere else. I prefer my bike.

Yes, yes I am. While it's not an officially sanctioned BM event, it is very burner like. I am actually taking my wife, who has never camped before or been to any kind of event like this. I want her first experience to go well so maybe I can get her to go to BM with me at some point in the future.

Accurate. I'm a dual US-Canadian citizen, just moved back to the US at the end of November after being in Canada for 13 years. In the past it was hard enough filing two returns with income earned in Canada and retirement savings in the US; now I earn income in the US and have retirement savings and a rental property in Canada. Cue the hair pulling and rending of garments.

TPBM secretly thinks that another rainy/cold/dusty Burn would be WAY better than last year when it was too hot to move most of the time.

Well, maybe not rainy but 90 during the day and 40-50 at night with lots of dust would be good.

TPBM is hoping for EA and possibly stay for Resto.

No resto for me but a week early is a great treat.

I do, but the event inevitably takes place in a field of dead grass surrounded by an irrigation ditch, and the only way in is over a couple of planks of wood. Somehow there are still vehicles there, and I always (always) discover that I've forgotten to bring anything.

tpbm also has their "I'm dreaming Burning Man events" take place somewhere totally not the playa

Completely, such as islands, and often, inside large complex structures.

tpbm wishes Burning Man was held indoors with AC.

True (normally I'd say "false" but that would be a controversial which in turn makes my answer true).

TPBM drank something green for St. Paddy's Day.

No, I was sober for St. Paddy's Day.

Nothing better than a late night snack! But I try to keep it to weekends. Mm, cheese sticks.

Nah. My life is my gag.

True. The camp I'm joining is mostly vegeterian and we all help cook so I'm trying to figure out recipes.

TPBM thinks it's a good idea to try new foods on the playa and will tell us what their favorite new food is.
