Re: The person below me
If by "code" you mean the BB Code, I have no complaints. It does everything I need it to do.
If you mean the in jokes and subtle subtext... nah, I mostly like those, even when I'm bewildered by them. (And that's what the archives are for).
TPBM can usually tell who's snarking in fun, who's snarking in annoyance, and who just genuinely dislikes someone.

Sounds Shakespearean...
But what is a knitted prow? Is it related to a knitted brow?
TPBM thinks I should wave the white flag now, before it's too late.
ETA: Aha! Thanks to Auntie Google, I now know I was sailing the right sea, even if not in the right boat.

No I never have in fact. I am having a hard time getting through books these days. I don't even have one in progress and that is really strange. Time to head over to the library.

No. I deeply hated artificially-strawberry-flavoured things as a kid. I refused to eat strawberry ice cream until I was in my 20s (at which point, I went through a phase where I couldn't get enough of it. Weird).

After having tried wasabi ice cream and soba noodle-flavored soft serve, black pepper doesn't seem so much of a stretch.

Re: The person below me
Not bloody likely. I'm one of those people (sometimes known as "slobs") who cannot keep a garment white. But I don't like white to begin with. Saturated colors (although I do accept--and love--secondary colors, unlike Sailman), shading into each other perhaps. I bought a white shirt with some "atomic energy" set graphics for 2010, and this year I have two more white shirts, but they will never been white after the first wearing--and it doesn't matter that I'm saving them for the playa. If I wore them today they would get all stained.
Insert joke here. Because we know I don't stand for anything...
TPBM wonders what it is that I do that stains my laundry so much.
