I do like coloring books. It's the crayons I keep losing.

TPBM had a pirate dream last night.

No. I dreamt I was playing some weird game with some old guy, sitting on the floor. It involved numbered blocks. Of course, it being a dream, nothing worked right, and there were Lego pieces attached to some of the blocks... and somehow this whole game related to my dissertation. Ugh.

TPBM likes their coffee black and their linens white.

I wish... Or...maybe I wish I were one of those people who sees a whole lot extra variation. I guess it would mean that my perceptions are different from the rest of the world, but it's like that a lot of the time anyway.
TPBM thinks "Stickleback" is a good blues nickname.

Not to the point where I actually watch it, but I've enjoyed what I've seen.
TPBM has also come to the realization that a lifetime is not long enough to enjoy all the cool stuff in this world, and drastic pruning is in order.

Duh, the solution is to live forever (or at least until you've tried it all)!

TPBM walks into sliding glass doors.
When he lights his streetlamp, it is as if he brought one more star to life, or one flower.
When he puts out his lamp, he sends the flower, or the star, to sleep.
That is a beautiful occupation.
