I haven't checked for Mexican lead yet.
TPBM is relieved that we get our lead needs filled by two countries, already, and predicts more will follow suit.

All I know about lead is either do it, follow or get out of the way (or some shit like that).

TPBM always wondered why lead and read can both be pronounced in two distinct ways while bead is just bead.

Naw, when I wonder about bead it's actually wondering about the Venerable Bede.
TPBM has seen that name before, and can say something pertinent thereof.

He was a good story teller, or so I hear.

TPBM thinks Monkwearmouth is a funny name for a hometown, even for one with the moniker "Venerable Bede."
When he lights his streetlamp, it is as if he brought one more star to life, or one flower.
When he puts out his lamp, he sends the flower, or the star, to sleep.
That is a beautiful occupation.

Yeah, I have to say the whole idea of wearing a mouth is a little bit "other"...
TPBM think monks should wear purple cassocks.

I think monks should wear undyed homespun - either cotton or wool.

Indeed, it's funny how one ages they go from knowing everything to the realization that they know very little. I now find that if I put myself out there and take some chances I am always enriched by the experience (even though it may not seem so at the time).

TPBM is tired of all this introspective stuff and just wants to have some fun.

I missed out on seeing Phantom of the Opera with pipe organ accompaniment, and still regret it. Even more stupidly, I have never been to a movie Sing-a-Long, which is even more my style.

The person below me really enjoyed the last movie they saw in a theatre, and will tell me what it was.

yes I did. It was Iron Man. Sadly I have not been to a theater since. My new hearing aids distort. It is okay (sort of) for conversations but really sucks for music or theater. So I do not go.

TPBM does not go to the movies. He/she just rents them or checks them out at the library.
