Naked man attacks dogs --- Wierd Portland

At a local nude beach a man upset about dogs on a NO- DOG beach reportedly attacked unleashed dogs that ran up to him, then confronted the owner with a collapsable baton.......Oh, and the guy was nekkid!!!

I wouldn't believe any news story without confirmation.
In this case, the charges are already dropped.
I have had to protect myself against dogs rushing at me, and shortly after that the dog's irresponsible owner.

This story doesn't scan.
Crooks always defend themselves with making charges themselves.
In a case I'm bringing charges on, the "taggers" are claiming they were shot at numerous times and chased at high speed.
The police got a good laugh out of that because many police officers were witnesses, and of course, they have no holes in them.
And now they are locked into a lie.

I totally believe it.

I witnessed the guy in question totally go off a another walking two big dogs on a leash the week before.

This is no surprise.

Anywhere that bicyclists attack cars....
