"Mr. Marvin Driver Jr. is now at Hermann Hospital in ICU where he can't even speak," relatives said in a statement. "Doctors say there is some bleeding on his brain from blunt force trauma."
Police said Driver was arrested for outstanding traffic warrants and was found to be "unresponsive" upon his arrival at jail. Paramedics transported him to the hospital, they said. The Houston Police Department said in a written statement it takes the assault allegations "very seriously, and will begin a thorough investigation into the matter."
The two officers involved remain on duty pending further investigation, police said. However, relatives and Evans called for the officers involved to be suspended or placed on administrative leave until the investigation is complete.
The incident began late Sunday when Driver was dropping his brother, Winston Driver, off after the two had moved furniture, family members said.
Officers stopped Marvin Driver Jr. in front of his mother's home, relatives said. An argument took place between police and Driver's family, as well as between Driver and officers over the language police were using, according to the written statement issued by family members.
Police told relatives Driver was being taken to jail for the outstanding warrants, relatives said. "Later, the family found out he never made it to the jail," the statement said.
Relatives at first alleged Driver was picked up several blocks away by paramedics and that he was lying bloody and unconscious in the street. However, Evans told reporters Wednesday afternoon he had spoken to paramedics, and they had told him they had picked Driver up at the jail, and that he was injured, semiconscious and unresponsive when they arrived.
Houston Fire Department spokesman Omero Longoria told CNN Driver was picked up at a police substation and taken to the hospital. He said he did not know when Driver arrived at the jail or what his condition was when paramedics arrived.
Evans showed reporters paper towels upon which he said Driver had written his account. On them, he said Driver wrote that the police took him behind a Valero gas station and beat him. The officers kneed Driver and elbowed him in the throat, Evans said. They also made him swallow something, he said, telling him he was "going to see Jesus" and made disparaging remarks about his family, including "one particular family member."

thank god. i can't believe that it took that long. officers beating an unarmed, or a person armed with non-life threatening weapon should be taken off the streets and investigated immediatedly period. i see it as the same vain as a boxer hitting some one, it's not permissable outside the ring even in defense. and when i say non threatening weapon, i mean anything not a gun, or explosives, anything else should not be delt with with lethal force. a person with a knife or screwdriver or anything like that can be taken down with a non-lethal gunshot to the leg, arm, or in the butt...Three Houston police officers under investigation for allegedly beating of Marvin Driver Jr. have been taken off patrol duty, officials said Friday.

I understand there were problems with evidence, but when you have a recording of someone being tortured to death, how hard can it be?

Mr. London and Mr. Rankin both said they did not know the specific charges, and Mr. Morgenthau’s office declined to comment.

Here's a true story happened to a friend of mine then the fucking DEA tried to fuck me. Scum bags the whole lot of them!
A friend was dating one of those Low-self Esteem women. You know their life is so fuck up they get their yayas out of watching other people fight for them. We in this lovers triangle the DEA agent files an investigation. True abuse of power. He calls me and I know what is going on and I give him the shit.
Well the dick head with no live seems to have filed an investigation because my friend phone was already tapped and I remember discussing the fantastic Montana gallatin gold. One hit and you're in dreamsville man.
I could imagine his report. massive drug dealing perpurtrated by this Montana man. Well, one day I find this tracking device under my car. I immediately know what's going on. Fucker DEA being what they are Fucking with people!
So I set up an intrapment senario to see what flys into the net. I know what turns this drug perverts on: "I've got the stuff and its real high quality!" I leave on a friends phone message. I could see them now with mouths drewling- "oh we got him now, Hohohoho!"
The welcoming party was in full swing. They had their best undercovers and their best smoke- it was pretty good too! They made like they had pounds of this shit and needed to unload it. Ask if I wanted to distribute some at a good price- I love how corrupt LEO's work! They supply it and you get popped for it. I told them I'd take a massive amount- one quarter! "Oh, a quarter Kilo?" "No less", I said. "Oh, a quarter of what we got?" They said they had several pounds on them. No, I'll take a quarter ounce!"
the jig was up and they knew they were being suckered because by that time my vehicle was already searched that day. They don't know that I knew it thought. One of the undercover informants, had basically told me about the investigation. That's when I told them, "I got the stuff and its real high quality! It was my art work that I was talking about all the time. Its what I do and all that I do- except give corrupt LEOs and Politicians and Hate GAngs shit! That's the kind of guy I'm.
Well I thought about the Tracking Device and it had occured to me that I have some strange meetings with some people I attack in my letters to the editor and legislators. People from the (un) wiseuse groups. the environment and wildlife rights comes before man does. Hate groups, I was attacked by both and poisoned as well.
But it was another meeting with some DEA agents that were the most concern. As I told you above about a retired DEA agent that told me about how the DEA will frame you as a pedophile if they can't get you for drug pushing. Well I had that first meeting and thought to myself, well now they can see I don't have anything to do will selling the stuff. I just promote the legallization of it. I have a right to speak out on the issue. Especially when its the DEA, hate or the environment.
Well there is this second encounter a few days later while i'm on business trip except this time, the agents have a little girl with them and they're acting a little weird like they're parading her around and I'm in the bar with one of my co-workers. When I notice this, I bring this up to the attention of my co-worker of which we both find very strange. We'll that's what the fuck heads are trying to do so see what my reaction would be. I can imagine the shit heads reports that they file read like. It wasn't until this retired DEA agent told me about their Modus Operandi that I had connected the two. it also explained about a yound women who had spend a whole evening with me in Yellowstone NP late into the night. A woman who said she was 18 and on her way to college. She even confessed she had lied. When I was to get her to reveal why she did, someone cut her off along with her email contact. Even the email message was deleted from my computer- so someone even hacked into it. Luckily, I had a copy that I mailed to a contact in another state just in case someone tried to file case against me.
But the tracking device exposed another wrong about the DEA. their connection to organized hate gangs. A real close connection. There has always been a rumor about them, but it real. Why not!
The reason that drugs are illegal weren't to protect people from the bad bad drugs. It was to be used as a weapon against other races. Like mexicans and blacks, then the anti-war hippies of the 60's and 70's. Now its crack and blacks. Or meth and native indians. Extacy for the ravers and Larry's BMr's.
The drugs laws and the DEA has got to go. They are the impetiment to reducing drug addictive behavior, stopping gang warfare, terrorists war money chests, Border Violence. the drugs law must be change drastically to the racial devisive use of drug laws against certain groups. The DEA must be exposed for its connection to terrorist hate gangs in America.
All drugs must be legalized and decriminalized now!

In 2000, Ashcroft had the FBI investigating every reported pedo. It was so intense that this was the main focus of the full agency. Then 9/11 happened. How many of those reports were from the corrupt DEA's grudge investigation. what started with several thousand charged only less then a hundred of one percent were convicted. A massive waste of time that cost hundreds of millions of dollar and over three thousand lives in 9/11

There were two more deaths of black men in the news. One in New Orleans, another boy had just returned home and parked his parents car in the driveway and a dick shot him. Thought he had stolen it.

Texas or tec Ass!
We just had the Moats police brutality in Dallas and a cop is forced off the department.
Now we have a 70 year old black man gunned down with a gun mysteriously appearing on the scene in Homer.
Nothing worst then a bad cop let alone a racist cop.
And texas does have some of the worst.
What is up with those southern white trash cops?

Police in the small East Texas town of Tenaha are accused of unjustly taking valuables from motorists.
1 of 2 The Tennessee man says he was ordered to pull his car over and surrender his jewelry and $8,500 in cash that he had with him to buy a new car.
But Daniels couldn't go to the police to report the incident.
The men who stopped him were the police.
Daniels was stopped on U.S. Highway 59 outside Tenaha, near the Louisiana state line. Police said he was driving 37 mph in a 35 mph zone. They hauled him off to jail and threatened him with money-laundering charges -- but offered to release him if he signed papers forfeiting his property.
"I actually thought this was a joke," Daniels told CNN.
But he signed.
"To be honest, I was five, six hundred miles from home," he said. "I was petrified."
Everyone from the Cops to the Prosecutor should do some time getting their ass well fucked!
I say sell Texas back to Mexico for some Heroin and Pot!

There are too many Law Enforcement Officers out there that follow their interpretation of the law and many that are just harrasing people that they don't like. When some of these officers are elected to their position by the people it is the duty of the people to not elect them. It is also their duty to everything during the election period to work against them through politcal commitiees and individuals to write letters against their election.
