Yep! Hahahahaha that’s just so mind boggling to me that a person would that. I just can’t

I don’t think he’s well. I’m not claiming any medical knowledge but somethings wrong. Seriously

It’s pretty shitty of yrump to use this clown as a distraction. Most of the nation IS laughing at him.

Borat movie
Four seasons landscaping
Booger hanky face wash
Hair dye running down his face
Weird shoes
Opacity

I mean, C’monnnnnnn
Oh my god, it's HUGE!

Trump's legal team referenced THE WRONG STATE in their suit. They confused Michigan and Minnesota, but the places they alleged cast more votes than residents are all in the part of Minnesota that voted red. Trump's lawyers just accidentally accused him of cheating.

One example: They claim that Benville Twp, located in Beltrami County MN, had 350% of its eligible residents vote. Beltrami went to Trump.
Other twps accused are in Isanti (68.3% to Trump), Marshall (72.9% Trump), Wilkin (67.9% Trump), Kandiyohi (61.9% Trump), etc, etc.

DONALD TRUMP LOSES AGAIN

Post by Ugly Dougly » Sat Nov 28, 2020 1:16 am

President-elect Biden gains votes in Wisconsin county recount
Biden gained 132 votes. He won the state by more than 20,000 votes
So Trump spent $3 million on the recount. Something like $22,000 per vote. So much winning.

The entire tiny desk episode couldn't be better. The staffers that planned that are either incompetent or nefarious for the cause.

He admitted he is going to actually leave office which is good, then had a Twitter meltdown, which is bad. He has 2 months left to do severe damage.

And that damage is underway...

Trump Admin fast tracking executions, bring back electric chairs & firing squads, weakening environmental and worker protections. But wait, there's more!
The White House and federal agencies are hurrying to finish dozens of regulatory changes before Joe Biden is inaugurated on Jan. 20.

Apparently the latest Kraken lawsuit was filed in Wisconsin, and demands "security camera recording of all rooms used in the voting process at the TCF Center". There's a TCF Centre in Detroit; as in, Michigan.

Today loyalist William Barr, Trump’s Attorney General, admitted that the Department of Justice has not found any evidence of widespread voter fraud that would mean Trump won the election. Trump’s lawyers Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis promptly issued a statement saying “With the greatest respect to the Attorney General, his opinion appears to be without any knowledge or investigation of the substantial irregularities and evidence of systemic fraud.” Trump allies told PBS NewsHour correspondent Yamiche Alcindor that Barr’s statement was a “complete betrayal.”

For the last three weeks, Trump and his supporters in the Republican Party have attacked elections officials—including Republicans-- who failed to throw out Democratic ballots to give the election to Trump. The president called Republican Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger an “enemy of the people,” and Trump’s loyalists are intensifying their rhetoric against officials who have persisted in defending the integrity of the election. Right-wing followers on social media called for jail, torture, or execution for a 20-year-old Georgia election technician, falsely alleging he manipulated election data. On NBC’s Today Show, the president’s lawyer Joseph diGenova called for former cybersecurity official Christopher Krebs, whom Trump fired after Krebs stated the election was not marked by fraud but was quite secure, to be “drawn and quartered. Taken out at dawn and shot.”

Social media accounts from right-wing loyalists are increasingly calling for violence. One user on the conservative media site Parler said that “[We the People] want to kill all of you cheating traitors….” Another called for “Civil war if Biden does steal the election.” These loyalists claim to be waiting for Trump’s “order” to start just such a war.

Today Gabriel Sterling, a voting systems manager for Republican Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger held a news conference in which he said: “It has all. Gone. Too. Far. It has to stop.” Of the young technician whose life is now in danger, he said, “[t]his kid… just took a job. And it’s just wrong. I can’t begin to explain the level of anger I have right now over this. Every American, every Georgian, Republican or Democrat alike, should have the same level of anger.”

Think billy Barr will be fired before Jan 20th?
Omg maybe guliani will become AG...
I’m calling that one right now

And how bout them losers?
I was a baseball coach and baseball mom for years when my son was growing up. You don’t win 100% of the time. When you lose you, you shake the winners hand and accept the loss, strive to do better next time. You sure as hell don’t cry and whine for weeks. Of course there were those parents that were bigger pissbabies than their kids and just encouraged rotten entitled behaviors.

JFC my dog has more character and bigger balls than yrump and my dog is neutered.

So, so long loser and don’t let that door hit you on your fat blubbery ass on the way out. :coffee:

A legally binding signature makes an agreement official once all parties have placed their signatures on a contract. Signatures are the most common method of indicating that you have read over and agreed to the terms, even if a person’s signature is so stylized and unique that’s illegible. Further, as agreements move into digital form, the basis on what qualifies as an official signature has been broadened substantially.

Regardless of the form, the importance of the signature entails proof that an offer has been accepted and considered. However, are there rules for determining if a signature is valid, or even if signatures are necessary, to begin with?

In fact, there are few that you should be aware of. First, a signature is a person’s name written in a unique form. With that, this is not truly necessary in all cases. All one would need is a mark that represents who that person is. It can be in the following forms:
  • Squiggles
  • Picture
  • “X”
As long as the signature represents who that person is and his or her intent, any of the marks are considered valid and legally binding. Signatures are usually recorded in pen, but this is not always the case.

"President Donald Trump can't prevent New York prosecutors from pursuing him and his family even if he pardons them, said a state senator who wrote the law to stop this from happening.
In October 2019, New York Sen. Todd Kaminsky helped write legislation that closed the state's double-jeopardy loophole, which had stopped the state from pursuing cases pardoned by a president.
Trump and his organization currently face a string of investigations in New York, and the president is reportedly considering pardons for his family and associates."

“We, thanks to our lord and savior, have already won,” Gorka claimed.

A priest featured on a Jumbotron prayed to “place thyself at the head of this army of thy children.”

Ruth Hillary, 58, a pastor from California, listened while holding up her “Stop the Steal” sign. She said she will continue to protest as long as the president and vice president believe she should.

“If President Trump accepts it and Vice President Pence accepts it, then we will accept it,” she said. “But right now, this is a Godly protest.”

"Say Trump issues a blanket pardon for all ICE agents during his presidency. Or for his family members. Or for himself. There would be no way Barr could avoid looking like he had gone along with it — short of resigning in protest.

In other words, instead of the attorney general insulating the president by recommending pardons, the president would be discrediting the attorney general by issuing outrageous pardons without the top lawyer’s consent.

The same would be true of any executive orders issued by the White House over the objections of the Office of Legal Counsel at Justice. Barr would look ineffectual — which is worse, in some quarters, than looking like the president’s crony."

Rosen is best known for "burying" the criminal referral made by Michael Atkinson, the Inspector General for the Intelligence Communities (ICIG). The criminal referral was regarding a phone call between Trump and the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky. According to Atkinson, Trump pressured Zelensky to publicly announce investigations into his political rival (Joseph Biden) while withholding $400 million in military aid. After contacting the head of the FBI (Christopher Wray) and expressing the contents of the complaint, Atkinson sent the complaint to the criminal division of the Justice Department. Upon learning about the complaint, Rosen declined to investigate the complaint and tried to keep any other agencies from looking into the matter. However, after having not received any further response from the DOJ, Atkinson sent a copy of his initial criminal inquiry request regarding Donald J. Trump to Richard Burr, the Chairman of the Senate Committee on Intelligence and Adam Schiff, the Chairman of the Intelligence Committee in the US House of Representatives. Within weeks the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Nancy Pelosi announced that the House would launch an impeachment inquiry into Trump. Following impeachment in the House, the Senate acquitted Trump on Feb. 5 on obstruction of Congress and abuse of power.

Another report today showcases two former CDC political appointees who are now speaking out to call attention to the silencing of career scientists at the agency. Kyle McGowan, a former chief of staff at the CDC, and his deputy Amanda Campbell watched as political appointees in Washington ignored scientists, censored doctors’ messages to the public, and cut the agency’s budget. “It was… like a hand grasping something, and it slowly closes, closes, closes, closes until you realize that, middle of the summer, it has a complete grasp on everything at the CDC,” McGowan told New York Times reporter Noah Weiland. “Every time that the science clashed with the messaging, messaging won.”

Politifact, the Pulitzer Prize winning fact-checking website from the Poynter Institute, named the downplaying and denial of the seriousness of coronavirus its “Lie of the Year.”
